Okay, this picture isn’t especially recent, but I did just Photoshop it to enhance its dreamy mood. It was a new exposure when I began gestating the “Feature Photo” idea for this page and I imagined it in this spot, so I decided to carry it forward to this long delayed realization of the concept. Besides, I rather enjoy looking at a warm summer image when the weather has turned frosty and I suspect most of you feel the same. I just realized there is a curious lack of Yukon summer photos in my current galleries; I will have to make it a priority to remedy that. I took this photograph about 40 meters from my house, on the edge of Pancake Lake.
